 Tips For The Competition

1 - Think of it as an extension of your training

2 - Keep your head up and make sure you learn something

3- Remember to breathe when you’re out there

4 - Breathe in through your nose

5- Watch your opponents

6- Try to have your instructor or someone from your team be there on the sidelines

7- Do not drink orange juice or any acidic drink

8- Bring water but don’t over drink the water

9- Do some sort of yoga or meditation exercises the night before

10- Bring your mouthpiece

11- Bring thongs or sandals

12- Expect a long day

13- Have FUN

Where: Sydney University Aquatic & Fitness Centre Cnr Codrington St and Darlington Rd (beside the Wentworth Building)
Date: 03/09/2011 - 09am to 5pm
Last day of Entries: 28/08/2011

Costs schedule:

$50 from 29/07 to 11/08 - Plus $10 for absolute division
$ 60 from 12/08 to 18/08 - Plus $15 for absolute division
$70 from 19/08 to 28/08 (last day of entries) - Plus $20 for absolute division
