 Tips For The Competition

1 - Think of it as an extension of your training

2 - Keep your head up and make sure you learn something

3- Remember to breathe when you’re out there

4 - Breathe in through your nose

5- Watch your opponents

6- Try to have your instructor or someone from your team be there on the sidelines

7- Do not drink orange juice or any acidic drink

8- Bring water but don’t over drink the water

9- Do some sort of yoga or meditation exercises the night before

10- Bring your mouthpiece

11- Bring thongs or sandals

12- Expect a long day

13- Have FUN
